Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re�ujar.meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of Novveem rte. 1984.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor gcffinei er', CounciTmem— e� rs Weeils —
were absent:
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 777
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR WOODDALE NORTH FOR DENNIS DIRLAM,
DIRLAM DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (RPUD 84-3) (84011)
WHEREAS, Dennis Dirlam, Dirlam Development, has requested approval for Final Plat for
Wooddale North, a plat for 70 single family detached dwelling units on approximately 36
acres located at the northeast corner of 47th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Dennis Dirlam, Dirlam Development for Wooddale North located at the
northeast corner of 47th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion. for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils
and Crii n
The following voted against or abstained: none
