HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-776CITY OF PLYMOUTH Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 776 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PALMOUIST ADDITION FOR TERRENCE PALMOUIST (84086) WHEREAS, Terrence Palmquist has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat for two lots for property located at the southwest corner of County Road 15 and Pineview Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for Terrence Palmquist for two lots for property located at the southwest corner of County Road 15 and Pineview Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 5. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 6. No yard setbacks are granted or implied. 7. Lot 2, Block 1 shall not be further subdivided. This shall be reflected in a covenant to be filled on the property with the plat; the language of the covenant shall be submitted with the final plat for review and approval by the City Attorney. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils —'and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Neils and Crain The followl" voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
