Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
October , 1984. The following members were present�ayor Davenport,
CoilMoen, Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: nnnp
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 768
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
HANEL ROAD - VICRSUBRG LANE TO EAST LINE OF WOODDALE ADDITION
PROJECT 506
WHEREAS, the adopted 1985 Capital Improvements Program proposed the
installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, concrete curb and
gutter, asphalt road and all necessary appurtenances on Hamel Road from
Vicksburg Lane to the East line of Wooddale Addition (the street improvement to
be only the South one-half of the 52 foot wide, 9 ton minor arterial street);
and
WHEREAS, the property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953 Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosen, Anderlik b Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether a proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated costs of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
