HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-767CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of October , 1984. The following members were present .-78yor Davenport, Council members Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The ioliowing members were absent: none aNk *#k Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 767 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT XENIUM LANE - 34TH AVENUE TO NORTH LINE OF HERITAGE WEST ADDITION PROJECT 505 WHEREAS, the adopted 1985 Capital Improvements Program proposed the instal- lation of sanitary sewer, storm sever, vatermain, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt road all necessary appurtenances on Xenium Lane from 200 feet north of 34th Avenue to the north line of Heritage West Addition; and WHEREAS, the property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953 Chapter 398, as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosen, Anderlik i Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether a proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated costa of such an improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, The following voted against or abstained:. none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
