The following mm6ers were present: Mayor Davenport-, iouncilmembers oen, Nei is, Schneider and Crain The following rs were t: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 766 RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO PLYMOUTH FIRE RELIEF ASSOCIATION BYLAWS WHEREAS, the Plymouth Firefighters Relief Association has previously requested an Increase in its pension benefits; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has met with representatives of the Fire Relief Association Pension Committee to discuss and review these requests; and WHEREAS, the City Manager has reviewed the actuarial report prepared by Towers, . Perrin, Foster and Crosby, relating to this request; and WHEREAS, the City Manager in a report dated October 19, 1984 has recommended that the pension benefits for the Fire Relief Association be revised; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that the Fire Relief Association Bylaws dated October 22, 1984 which Incorporate improved pension benefits for the Plymouth Volunteer Firefighters be and the same are hereby approved to be effective January 1, 1985.
