HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-765CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the r22nd day of October , 19_. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen Neils Schneider and Crain The following memoirs were a sent: none Co nQilmembpr Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: No. 84 - 765 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE PAYMENT OF CONDEMNATION AWARD WHEREAS, the City has been ordered by the Minnesota Supreme Court to condem the property as described in Resolution No. 84-156, and WHEREAS, the condemnation commission has ordered an award for such condemnation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay the compensation awarded, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT payment will be made from the Utility Trunk Fund. Repayment of the expenditure will be made based on the attached schedule which indicates 40% will be repaid by the Storm Sewer Improvement Tax District Fund and 60Z will be special levied during the years 1985 through 1989. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol lowing voted n favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The f0110w1ng voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
