Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption: _ —
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 764
APPROVING LAND USE GUIDE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth has requested approval of a Land Use Guide Plan
Amendment to reclassify land from LA -1 (low density residential) to CL (11ri.ted
business) for land described as Lot 3, Block 2, Hidden Lake 2nd Addition located at
the northwest corner of State Highway 55, and Evergreen Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the the Land Use Guide Plan Amend-
ment to reclassify Lot 3, Block 2, Hidden Lake 2nd Addition from LA -1 (low density
residential) to CL (limited business), subject to the following:
1. Approval of the Land Use Guide Plan Amendment is contingent upon, and subject to
the required review and response by the Metropolitan Ccuncil.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fellosIng voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
