Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of October , 1984. The following m.:mbers were present: Wayor
Davenport, ouncilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain _
The following members were absent: none ,
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 751
APPROVING ADOPTION OF FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1985 - 1989
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
years 1985 through 1989; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been recommended by the Planning Commission
as to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public
hearing conducted on September 24, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Capital Improvements Program for the years 1985 through 1989
is hereby adopted as the official Capital Improvements Program for the City of
Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
