Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
. of October , 1984. The following members were present: ayor Davenoort,
ounce me ers oen, Neils, Schneider and Crain

Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 749
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - ROLLING HILLS PARK ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted October 1, 1984 a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Rolling Hills Park Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and this report was received by the Council on October 15, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutign
. adopted October 15, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
10 following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
