The following members were presen�Or Davenport, ounce mem ers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 748 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF 14TH AVENUE NORTH IN REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 743 AND A PORTION OF SYCAMORE LANE SOUTH OF 15th AVENUE IN REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 743 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Richard Dempsey has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of a portion of 14th Avenue North and Sycamore Lane in Registered Land Survcy No. 743; and WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacations: Sycamore Lane described as follows: That part of Tract M, Registered Land Survey No. 743, files of the Registrar of Titles in and for Henne- pin County, Minnesota, lying West of a line drawn parallel with and distant 145.00 feet East of the West line of said Registered Land Survey No. 743. . 14th Avenue North described as follows: That part of Tract M, Registered Land Survey No. 743, files of the Registrar of Titles in and for Henne- pin County, Minnesota lying East of a line drawn parallel with and distant 195.00 feet East of the West line of said Registered Land Survey No. 743 and lying West of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the South line of Tract J, said Registered Land Survey No. 743 distant 128.20 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; thence Southwesterly on a circular curve concave to the East having a radius of 50.00 feet, a delta angle of 93° 30' 48", a chord bearing of South 34° 32' 47" West for a distance of 81.61 feet to the South line of said Tract M and there terminate. For the purpose of this description, the South line of Tract J is assumed to bear East. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 19, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *ylr�lr *,t* �kkyir
