Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
• of October , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
ounce mem ers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 747
WITHDRAWING PETITION ON PROJECT NO. 446
EAST MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD AND MEDICINE RIDGE ROAD UTILITIES
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted September 17, 1984, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik b Associates, Inc. with
respect to the improvements for properties identified as F.I.N.
24-118-22-34-0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 and 24-118-22-22-31-0001 located between
East Medicine Lake Boulevard and Medicine Ridge Road; and
WHERLAS, this report was received by the Council on September 17, 1984 and
placed on file; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a letter from the petitioner, Steven G. Loe,
dated August 20, 1984 and received by the City on September 26, 1984 requesting
that the petition be withdrawn for Project 446;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Project 446 is hereby dropped as requested by the
petitioner.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
. Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
