HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-746Pursuant to due Council of the of October CITY OF PLYMOUTH call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day 1984. The following members were presensyor Davenport, !m6et:rs Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 746 ACCEPTING PETITION FOR BASS LAKE WOODS ADDITION IMPROVEMENTS ON NORTHWEST BOULEVARD PROJECT NO. 416 WHEREAS, the developer of Bass Lake Woods Addition has petitioned the City to install improvements on Northwest Boulevard within the Bass Lake Woods plat; and WHEREAS, property benefited by such improvements would be assessed for all or a portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953 Chapter 398 as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the petition is received and placed on file to be considered with the final platting of Bass Lake Woods Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by COuncilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
