Neils. Schneider and Crain 10 The following members were absent: none Coun,cilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 84- 744 DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF R:PORT STREET LIGHTING - BASS LAKE WOODS ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Aradco, Inc. requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Bass Lake Woods Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Bass Lake Woods Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on October 15, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. The declar- ation is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035. 2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings. 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *** ter* ***
