Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day
of October , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
ounce mem era Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 740
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
TRAIL EASEMENT - GLEN ECHO PONDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Dennis Gonyea has petitioned the City
Council for the vacation of the following trail easement:
The Westerly 15 feet of the East 30 feet and the northerly 15 feet
of the South 30 feet of Lot 22, Block 1, Glen Echo Ponds, according
to the recorded plat thereof
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has rev+ewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 19,
1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
