HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-739CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of October 1984. The following members were present:7ayor Davenport, The following members were absent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 739 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF KIMBERLY LANE ADJACENT TO LOT 3, BLOCK 1, PINECREST 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has proposed the vacation of Kimberly Lane as it adjoins Lot 3, Block 1, Pinecrest 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, John and Constance Morris have received approval for a lot division and variance at 18135 13th Avenue North; and WHEREAS, a Condition No. 7 of that approval was the vacation of Kimberly Lane as it adjoins Lot 3, Block 1, Pinecrest 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, the following is a description of the requested vacation: The right-of-way for Kimberly Lane as it adjoins Lot 3, Block 1, Pinecres 2nd Addition, AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 19, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Ma_vor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
