HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-738CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of October , 1984. The following members were present:—Wdyor Davenport, ounce mem ers,.Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent. none Councilmember Moen introduced he following Resolution aL,i moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 738 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND HERITAGE WEST ADDITION (84022) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 11, 1984, Heritage West, Inc. developer of Heritage West Addition (84022), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard and Drainage Swale Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Design, Administration, Inspection, As-Builts TOTAL $ 71,000 $ 56,800 81,000 24,300 53,000 10,600 27,000 5,400 7,200 7,200 -0- -0- 600 600 2,000 2,000 -0- -0- -0- -0- 2,000 2,000 29,256 13,068 $273,056 $121,1L That the letter of credit required be reduced from $273,056 to $121,968 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
