Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of October . 19 84
The following wPers were present: Mayor Davenport—,7ouncilmembers Hoen, ei s,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 735
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR CENTURION COMPANY (79072)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Centurion Company, located at the northeast corner of 23rd
Avenue and Fernbrook Lane, was approved under City Council Resolution No. 79-779; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in t,e form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $102,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council on November 7, 1983, per Resolution No. 83-597 authorized the
reduction of this Letter of Credit to $10,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
No. 83-143 in the amount of $10,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Centurion Company lcoated at the northeast corner of 23rd Avenue and
Fernbrook Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, veils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
