HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-733CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of . the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of October . 1984• The following ■cabers were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 733 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT SITE PLAN AMENDMENT, AND VARIANCE FOR PLYMOUTH COV- ENANT CHURCH, 4300 VICKSBURG LANE (80051) WHEREAS, the Plymouth Covenant Church has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit Site Plan Amendment, and Variance to expand the original church building at 4300 Vicksburg Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for the Plymouth Coven- ant Church for a Conditional Use Permit Site Plan Amendment, and Variance to allow the construction of a 5,180 sq. ft. addition to the church at 4300 Vicksburg Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Submission of required financial guarantee and performance agreement for comple- tion of site improvements. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv- als per Ordinance provisions. 4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure and no out- side storage is permitted. 5. Waiver of the fire lane requirement subject to the building being provided a smoke detection system. 6. No approval is granted or implied for a day care facility, which is subject to Ordinance required review and approval. 7. The proposed additional access to Vicksburg Lane shall be deleted. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote b^ing taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none . Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
