Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, waseon n t� a 15th
day of October , 1984 The following members were
present:_ Mayor Davenport, Counci mem ers Moen-770ls, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 725
APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE
FOR KENNETH YOUNGBERG, KENNY'S, INC.
WHEREAS, application for Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License has been received
from Kenneth Youngberg for Kenney's, Inc., 20 Nathan Lane, for consideration and
approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code,
Chapter XII, Section 1210; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License be approved
for for Kenney's, Inc., 20 Nathan Lane, Plymouth, MN 55447 for Kenneth Youngberg
for the period October 16, 1984 through June 30, 1985.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
following votea in favor there f:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain The following
voted against ora stained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
