Councilmembersoen, ei1s, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none **� *err r�• Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 724 APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR JAMES J. GAULRAPP, GAULRAPP'S LIQUOR WHEREAS, application for Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License has been received from James J. Gaulrapp for Gaulrapp's Liquor, 3435 County Road 18, for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no reason to deny the license request; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License be approved for Gaulrapp's Liquor, 3435 County Road 18, Plymouth, MN 55447 for James J. Gaulrapp for the period October 16, 1984 through June 30, 1985. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, Tre- following voted In favor t ereo :Playor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain IL—e o owinq voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly- passed and adopted.
