Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of
October 19 84 . The fullowu4 manbers were present:MaAor Davenport,
Counci mem ers Ne1T Schneider and -Crain

its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 722
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a Comprehensive Park System and Trail
Plan, and
WHEREAS, the 1984 Capital Improvement Program allocates $25,000 for the
improvement of trails, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has made a recommendation
to the location of trail improvements for the year 1984, and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs with the Director's recommendation for
trail improvements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
transfer $25,000 from the Revenue Sharing 203 Account to the Construction
Fund 401, Project 463, to be used exclusively for trail improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CoWntilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon r the
fol owing Vote inravor the Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers tJei1s,
Schneider and Crain
The following Voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass pted.
