HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-719CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day 10 of October , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils. Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Councilmenber Moen -ouncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 719 APPROVING NO PARKING SIGN INSTALLATION NATHAN LANE FROM COUNTY ROAD 9 TO 51ST AVENUE WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Director of Public Works that for the safety of the public No Parking signs should be placed on both sides of Nathan Lane from County Road 9 to 51st Avenue, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that No Parking signs shall be placed on both sides of the following street: Nathan Lane from County Road 9 to 51st Avenue The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
