Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day
of October , 1984. The following members were presen mayor Davenport,
iounce mem ers Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: _ Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 717
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
STORM WATER DRAINAGE PONDS BC -P13 AND BC-P13a
PROJECT NO. 455
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted August 6, 1984, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates with reference to
the improvement of storm water drainage ponds BC -P13 and BC-P13a together with
necessary piping and appurtenances in accordance with the City of Plymouth's
Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan and this report was received by the Council
on October 1, 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The report is received and placed on file.
2. The report is referred to the Assessment Committee for their review and
. recommendation as to its disposition. 0
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_COuncilmPmhPr Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
