Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day
of October , 1984. The following members were presen�syor Davenport,

The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilniember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 714
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF 28TH AVENUE ADJACENT TO MEDICINE LAKE ESTATES 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Medicine Lake Estates, Inc. has petitioned
the City Council for a vacation of a portion of 28th Avenue adjacent to
Medicine Lake Estates 3rd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the following description is of the requested vacation:
That part of 28th Avenue North lying northerly of the following
described line:
Beginning at a point on the east line of the west 110.00 feet of
Tract F, Registered Lane Survey No. 237, Files of the Registrar of
Titles, in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota, 10.00 feet north of
the south line of said Tract F; thence southwesterly to a point on
the east line of Tract D of said Registered Land Survey No. 237,
distant 50.00 feet north of the southwest corner of said Tract D,
an' said line there terminating.
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT HEREBY RESOLED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of November 5.
1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and
directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided
by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Ma_,,;r Davenport, Councilmembers Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
