Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day of
OctGber , 1984. The following members were present: 530r ayenport,

The fo loving members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 713
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
GLEN ECHO PONDS 2ND ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 501
WHEREAS, the developer of Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition has petitioned the City
to install concrete curb and gutter and watermain on 15th Avenue adjacent to
Glen Echo Ponds 2nd Addition, and watermain, curb and gutter and stree• improve-
ments on the Rosewood Lane cul-de-sac adjacent to Glen Echo Pond3 2nd Addition;
and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such improvements will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953 Chapter 398, as amended); and
WHEREAS, the developer has waived his rights to a public improvement hearing
10 and special assessment hearings on this improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosen, Anderlik b Associates for study and that they be instructed to report
to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether a proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should beat be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement, and estimated costs of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils.
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained:. none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
