Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was :field on the 1st day

COuncilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 712
A?FROVI.7C CHANCE ORDER NO. 1
I-494/COUNTY ROAD 15 IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT NO. 129
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements Contract for Project 129:
1. Add lime rock retaining wall
2. Delete timber retaining wall
3. Delete timber retaining wall base course
4. Delete Froebel Spires, 18" high, potted
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the I-494/County Road 15 Improvements Contract,
Project 129, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for I-494/county Road 15 Improve-
ments Contract, Project 129, by adding $75.20 is approved and the existing con-
tract price of $4,042,206.62 -is revised to $4,042,281.82.
The motion for ie adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: -Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Neils.
Schneider and Crain
The following voted agait.st or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
