Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day
of October , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
Councilmembers Neils. Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Mogi
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-711
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
DUNKIRK LANE IMPROVEMENTS.- PROJECT NO. 408
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to the Dunkirk Lane improvement contract of Project 408: lowering the
exising watermain between 22nd Avenue and 24th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Dunkirk Lane street improvements contract
Project 408 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for the Dunkirk Lane street
improvements contract Project No. 408 by adding $3097.50, is approved and the
existing contract price, including Change Order No. 1, of $1,635,626.39 is
revised to $1,638,723.89.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
' Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
