HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-710CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day of October , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Counci mem ers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: _ Councilmember Moen Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 710 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND SILVERTHORNE ADDITION (82052) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 12, 1983, Raymond L. Laurent and Jeanne A. Laurent, developer of Silverthorne Addition (82052), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Maintenance of Erosion 6 Sediment Control Plan Site Grading and Drainage Improvements Park and Trail Improvements Design, Administration, Inspection, 4a-Builts TOTAL $ 74,950 $ 74,950 110,352 25,546 92,586 33,493 36,875 4,076 12,400 12,400 -0- -0- 300 300 2,500 2,500 2,000 2,000 59,500 2,000 5,225 5,225 47,603 19,499 $444,291 $181,989 That the letter of credit required be reduced from $444,291 to $181,989 to reflect the completed work. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
