Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day
of October '1984. The following members were present: Mayor Lavenport,
ounce mem era Neils, Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 709
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
AMHURST SEVENTH ADDITION (79046)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated August 5, 1983 and
revised September 12, 1983, Laurent Development Company, developer of Amhurst
Seventh Addition (79046), has agreed to install certain imi-rovements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $121,951 to $15,236 to
reflect the completed work.
The motion for the sdoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in fa -,or thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
