. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, wa- held on the 1st day of October . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Dawnpovt, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 701
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OND REGARDING LOT DIVISION AND VARIANCES
FOR JOHN AND CONSTANCE MORRIS (840771
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division and Variances for Sohn and
Constance Morris on property licated at the 18135 13th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior
to filing of and regarding said Lot Division and Variances;
1� Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum
2. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing Lot Division with
. Hennepin County.
3. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for
new structures on sites adjacent to or containing open storm water drainage
facilities.
5. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to 'Issuance of
Building Permit in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the
Division.
6. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin
County.
7. The right-of-way for Kimberly Lane as it adjoins Lot 3, Block 1, Pinecrest 2nd
Addition shall be vacated.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: _ _Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils
Schneider and Crain
We following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
