HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-696CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuint to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of October . 1984• The following members were present: Mayor Davenpcct, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain following members were absent: Councilmember Moen Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84-696 APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAN FOR CHEYENNE LAND COMPANY FOR FOX FOREST (80045) (RPUD 81-2) WHEREAS, Cheyenne Land Company has requested approval of a Site Plan to construct 160 dwelling units of attached housing as part of RPUD 81-2 for Fox Forest on land south of 18th Avenue North and East of Highway :,:); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a regularly scheduled meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, ' MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Cheyenne Land Company for a Site Plan to construct 160 dwelling units of attached housing as part of RPUD 81-2 in Fox Forest on land south of 18th Avenue North and East of Highway 55, subject to the following conditions: a 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication with appropriate credits In an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and ac- cording to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit Issuance. 3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 4. Submission of required financial guarantee and performance agreement for com- pletion of site improvements, including two totlot areas. 5. Signage shall be per approved plan consisting of two signs, with a maximum ac- cumulative total of 32 sq. ft. 6. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the structures and no outside storage is permitted. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO . Resolution no. 84-696 Page two 7. Should the project be condominiumized in the future, required utility services shall be provided per the then current Minnesota Department of Health regulations. 8. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconder by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
