the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of October 19�.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Nils,
Schndider and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution anC moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 693
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTH OF QUINWOOD LANE AND WEST OF PINEVIEW LANE (84075)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located south
of Quinwood Lane and west of Pineview Lane from FRD (future restricted development)
District to R -1A (low density single family residential) District, in conjunction with
approval of Final Plat for Bass Lake Woods;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for Bass Lake Woods to
be filed with Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
/hereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
