HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-692CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the Ist day of October 19gA. Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Councilmembe r Moen wrf Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 692 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR ARADCO, Inc. FOR "BASS LAKE WOODS" (84075) WHEREAS, Aradco, Inc. has requested approval of a Rezoning and Preliminary Plat for a 32 single family lots and two outlots on approximately 20 acres on property located south of Quinwood Lane and West of Pineview Lane; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for ARADCO, Inc. for "Bass Lake Woods" a subdivision of 32 single family lots and 2 outlots on approximately 20 acres located south of Quinwood Lane and West of Pineview Lane,subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a contract has been awarded for sewer and water. • 4. Payment of park dedication feas-in-lieu of dedication with appropriate credits in an amount determined according to verified acreage and paving costs and ac- cording to the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 5. Provisions for a 30 ft. wide trail outlot per Comprehensive Park Plan, as veri- fied by the Parks and Engineering Departments, with submittal of detailed plans as to construction of the trail per City standards. 6. Street names shall comply with the City Street Nzming System. 7. Rezoning shall be finalized with filing of the Final Plat. 8. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Finai Plat is filed and recorded wi*h Hennepin County. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 84- 692 9. No yard setbacks are granted or implied. 10. A deed restriction and covenant shall be filed on Lot 10, Block 2 restricting any further division. 11. In addition to any other erosion control measures necessary or required, final grading shall include a sediment pond adjacent to Pineview Lane. The notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: -Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
