HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-691CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of Ocb r 1984. The following members ow. -re present:Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 691 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH H.R.A. FOR GLACIER MEADOWS (84073) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority has requested ap- proval of a Preliminary Plat for the division of approximately 2.5 acres into three single family lots and one outlot on property south of County Road 6, and east of Glacier Lane at 15th Avenue North; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat for the City of Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority for Glacier Meadows for division of approximately 2.5 acres into 3 single family lots and one outlot on property south of County Road 6, and east of Glacier Lane at 15th Avenue North, subject to the follow- ing conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 4. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 5. No yard setbacks are granted or implied. 6. Berming and landscaping along Fernbrook Lane shall be addressed with the Final Plat application. 7. The lots shall not access onto future Fernbrook Lane. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution waw duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas—sFa and adopted.
