Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of September . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor DavenporT—,To`uncilmembers Moen, Nei7s, —
Schneider and Crain
The following members were a sent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84-680
ADOPTING 1985 OPERATING BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed budgets as prepared by the City
Manager for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 1985; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to the proposed budgets was held on September
24, 1984, at which time the public had the opportunity to comment upon the proposed
budgets; and
WHEREAS, this Council on September 24 considered the comments made at the public
hearing and further reviewed and revised the proposed budgets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
MINNESOTA, that the 1985 operating budgets for the various funds are hereby approved
as follows:
General Fund Budget $ 6,495,599
Recreation Fund Budget 311,540
Forestry Fund Budget 177,948
Water Fund Budget 1,284,009
Sewer Fund Budget 2,282,967
EquipnYent Center Fund Budget 928,797
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council concurs in the Plymouth Housing Authority
budget in the amount of $408,268.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor t reof: ayor Davenport, Councilmembers Mien, Neils,
Schneider and Cram
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
