Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a dial meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of September . 1984.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers oen, Neils, —
and Crain
The following members were absent: Councilmember Schneider
Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 672
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR PRO DESIGN, INC. (83004)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Pro Desig:,, Inc. located at 2500 Niagara Lane, was approved
under City Council Rpsolution No. 83-147; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $36,843.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council on December 5, 1983, per Resolution No. 83-661 authorized the
reduction of this Letter of Credit to $6,639.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA. that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Letter of Credit
In the amount of $6,639.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for Pro
Design, Inc. located at 2500 Niagara Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
