The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Ca nc4 fie bens sen_ Neilfl_ Schneider a d .ra<it� The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider intreducEc; the following Resolution and moved its adoption: dISOLUTION No. 84- 668 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND ROLLING HILLS PARK (83059) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 19, 1984, revised August 21, 1984, Enterprise Properties, developer of Rolling Hills Park (83059). has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted blow; cnd WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CoulfCilmenber Noon . and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ia►vor Davenport, Counei.lmembers Moen. Schneider, Hells and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
