Couneilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 667
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
A SEVEN UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON TRACT D. R.L.S. No. 1009 (82041)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated February 7, 1983,
revised April 15, 1983, Stobbe Development, Inc., developer of a seven unit
apartment complex o:. Tract D, R.L.S. No. 1009, has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $18,391 to $1,000 to reflect
the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the wacltary sewer and watermain construction is
accepted as of September 17, 1984 fot continual maintenance subject to the one
year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor ilavennnrt_
