AnA C=a in ; The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 666 APPROVING TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT COUNTY ROAD 15 AND CHESHIRE LANE CITY PROJECT NO. 129 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the Scate of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes, to -wit: For the maintenance of a Traffic Control Signal by State forces on a reimbursable basis at the intersection of County State Aid Highway No. 15 and Cheshire Lane in the City in accordance with this agreement, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of Lhe City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember NLen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Cgunnilm _mit _rc n _n_ Nei -is.
