HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-665CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regula r meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of September , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, CouncilQembers Mcen. Neils. %chnei der and Crain The following members were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 665 APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL AGREEMENT HIGHWAY 55 AT QUAKER LANE CITY PROJECT NO. 410 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes, to -wit: To provide a traffic control signal with street lights and signing on Trunk Highway No. 55 at Quaker Lane North in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and con- tained in Agreement No. 62139, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $10,200 be transferred from the City's M.S.A. Fund (402-402-965) to the Construction Fund (401-000-410) to finance said construction. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenn nrt, rniinri 1meMh mra Mier Neils, Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: nn n do Whereupon the Resolution was declared *duly passed and adopted. ***
