HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-663CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day • of September 1984. The following members were present: Mayor Davemort. Counci lmembers Moen. Neils, Schne i der and Crain The following members were absent: none Counci lmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 663 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF CERTAIN UTILITY EASEMENTS BLOCK 1, VICKSBURG INDUSTRIAL PARK WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has received a petition from Hagman Construction, Inc. relative to L:„ proposed vacation of certain easements in Block 1, Vicks- burg Industrial Park; and WHEREAS, the following description is of the requested vacation: Vacate the utility and drainage easements along the north property line of Lot 2, Block 1, Vicksburg Industrial Park, and the same portion along the southerly property of Lot 1, Block 1, Vicksburg Industrial Park; AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October 15, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by . Courncilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils. Schneider and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
