Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of
September , 1984. The following members were present: Dayenbort,
Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider & C ainThe following members were
absent: none

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 662
RECEIVING REPORT ON EAST MEDICINE LAKE BOULEVARD AND
MEDICINE RIDGE ROAD UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 446
WHEREAS, purusant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 18, 1984, a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 6 Associates, Inc. with
respect the improvements for properties identified as PIN 24-118-22-34-0001,
0002, 0003, 0004 and 24-118-22-31-0001 located between East Medicine Lake
Boulevard and Medicine Ridge Road;
AND, WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of sanitary sewer,
watermain, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on September 17, 1984;
0 NOW, THi-,KE"FVkE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the report is hereby received and placed on file.
2. That the petitioner be requested to notify the City in writing as
to whether he wants the City Council to proceed any further with
the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor T_la_ven-nnrt. Counei lmgmharn
Moen. Neils. Schneider and Frain
The following votes against or abstained: nnne
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly* passed and adopted.
