Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day
of September , 1984. The following members were present: Mayor
_Igvenport, Councilmembers Moen. Scider. Neils and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Counci.lmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 661
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - BASS LAKE HEIGHTS 2ND AND 3RD ADDITIONS
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Dickman C. Knutson requesting
installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Bass Lake Heights
2nd and 3:d Additions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Bass Lake Heights 2nd and
3rd Additions by the installation of residential ornamental street
lighting, filed with the City Council on September 17, 1984 is hereby
declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property
affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota
Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affect property owners and they
have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment
hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
