The following members were present: Mavor Davenport. Councll_membere hinen. Neils. Schneider and Crain The following members were absent: none Councilmember SChneideyintroduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 660 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - CHIPPEWA TRAILS 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 17, 1984 a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Chippewa Trails 3rd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on September 17, 1984; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted September 17, 1984. The petitioners have waived their right to a • public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improve- ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by .Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Myr,- Neils, y Neils, Schneider, and Crain The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *** tet* drat*
