Coin cilm embe r Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 658
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR rHE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR FOR ALLAN AND CAROLE
WHITTAKER FOR LOT 2, BLOCK 3, FAZENDIN PARK FOURTH ADDITION AND OUTLOT A, OAKDALE WEST
2ND ADDITION (84083)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth for Allan and Carole Whittaker, has requested a Lot Div-
ision/Consolidation of existing platted lots within the Fazendin Park Fourth Addition,
and Oakdale West 2nd Addition to permit the division to create the parcel for the
existing residence located at 16705 22nd Avenue North, and to create the second parcel
that will be consolidated for ponding purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following Lot Division/Consoli-
dation:

Lot 2, Block 3, Fazendin Park Fourth Addition AND
Outlot A, Oakdale West 2nd Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Lot 2, Block 3, Fazendin Park Fourth Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, accord-
ing to the recorded plat thereof, except that part described as beginning at the
Southwest corner thereof; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the West
line thereof 28.99 feet; thence North 82 degrees 47 minutes East 54.04 feet;
thence South 37 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds East 43.10 feet to the South line of
said Lot 2; thence South 88 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds West along said South
line 79.79 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 2, Block 3, Fazendin Park Fourth Addition, Hennepin County, Min-
nesota, according to the recorded plat thereof described as beginning at the
Southwest Corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North along the
West line thereof 28.99 feet; thence North 82 degrees 47 minutes East 54.04 feet;
thence South 37 degrees 22 minutes 20 seconds East 43.10 feet to the South line of
said Lot 2; thence South 88 degrees 53 minutes 56 seconds West along said South

FURTN`R, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment
corrections based upon City Policy when the Lot Division/Consolidation is approved by
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Gouncilmembers Moen.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly -passed and adopted.
