its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 657
CONFIRMING SUPPORT FOR HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO. 9-6901
ACQUISITION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF CSAH 9
BETWEEN 1-494 AND CSAH-18
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Department of Transportation approved Capital
Improvements Program includes the acquisition and realignment/reconstruction of
CSAH 9, between I-494 and CSAR 18, in 1985, as part of the 1984-1988 Capital
Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, this project is a high priority to the Hennepin Couinty Park Reserve
District and City of Plymouth so as to provide safe access to the new Clifton
E. French Regional Park, as well as user safety for those who drive CSAR 9; and
WHEREAS, the proposed 1985-1989 Capital Improvement Program does not include
funding for this project until 1986;
it NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners be requested to
maintain the 1985 priority assigned to Project No. 9-6901 (CSAH 9) by the
previously adopted program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Davennnrt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
