Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of September . 19 84
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 649
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR MICHAEL LEUER FOR GREENTREE WEST 2ND
ADDITION (84068)
WHEREAS, Michael Leuer has requested approval for Final Plat for Greentree West 2nd
Addition for three single family lots on 2.67 acres of land located south of County
Road 24 and west of Xanthus Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Michael Leuer for Greentree West 2nd Addition located south of County Road
24 and west of Xanthus Lane; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moer, Neils,
Schneider and Crain
following voted against or abstained: none
whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
