HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1984-643CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City . Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 17th day of September , 1984. The following members were present:Mdyor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen. Neils. Schneider and Crain . The following members were absent: none Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 84- 643 DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS PROJECT 205 COUNTY ROAD 61/KENIUM LANE IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the following described parcels of homesteaded land shall be assessed for the first 165 feet of frontage; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF IAE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following parcels shall be deferred for that por- tion of the assessment that applies to the street frontage that exceeds 165 feet in the manner as stated for a period not to exceed five (5) years, ;provided however, that if the property is sold, not used by the owner for his homestead, further subdivided during that five year period, the deferred assessment shall become payable in full. 22-118-22-21-0003 $19,231.35 10 22-118-22-21-0004 3,418.00 22-118-22-21-0005 17,829.89 $40,479.24 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Crain The following votes against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
