Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetinq of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th
day of September , 19 8� The following mem ers were

The following members were absent: Councilmem er Moen
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 632
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR HOLIDAY PLUS
WHEREAS, application for Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License has been
received from Holiday Plus, 4445 Nathan Lane, for consideration and approval by
the Plymouth City Council in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII,
Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor License be
approved for the period September 5, 1984 through June 30, 1985 for Holiday
Plus, 4445 Nathan Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in ayor t ereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Sr_hnPid r and Crain The followinq
voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
