Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day
of September 1984. The following members were presentcayor Davenport,
. Councilmembers Neils, Schneider and Crain, ;
The following members were absent: Councilmember Moen

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 84- 626
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
1984 REMOVAL OF DISEASED TREES
HEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 18.023 M.S.A. and Chapter XX,
Section 2020.13 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, the City
Manager of the City of Plymouth has casued the destruction and removal of
diseased trees on certain lands within the City of Plymouth, and a
determination has been made, as provided by law, and the total amount of such
work including costs incurred is in the amount of $418.00, and of this cost the
City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $418.00.
go2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district
affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the
Clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the
City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Schneider and Crain
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
